Hungarian speakerThe Office of International Engagement also organizes campus-wide special series periodically focusing on a certain region or topic.

The Forum on International Issues lecture Series brings scholars and other experts to the Montclair State campus to present talks on international issues to a broader audience including students and faculty. Events are held in various locations on campus. These events are free and open to the public but reservations are recommended. The Tea and Talk Series is a forum for roundtable dialogues between visiting scholars and Montclair State University faculty on international issues. After a presentation by the speaker, the table is opened to lively and sometimes provocative discussion. A variety of sweets and teas are offered.
